Overview
Join Disney+ as a Programming and Content Curation Intern and gain hands-on experience managing and planning content for Disney+ and Disney+ Hotstar in the APAC region. You will support the team in content workflows, system management, and operational planning to enhance subscriber engagement and retention. This role provides exposure to global streaming operations and content strategy, working closely with programming, product, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating the migration of Hotstar content to the Disney Streaming Services platform
- Work with APAC and global teams to ensure timelines and resources are aligned for smooth project execution
- Perform quality checks and flag anomalies in content workflows
- Manage content operations using Disney+ CMS and other scheduling tools to maximize efficiency
- Facilitate clear communication between local and global stakeholders
- Support content programming teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date content catalogs
- Contribute to operational reporting and documentation of processes
- Help optimize workflows to meet deadlines and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mass Media, IT, or a related field
- Full-time availability from May to August 2026
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines
- Passion for Disney brands and entertainment content
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
- Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and other relevant software
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
