Key Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining cleanliness and overall operational standards of the mall
Support the performance monitoring of the Toilet Smart System
Process E Permit-to-Work, Visitor Permit registrations, and Vehicle Entry Passes
Run duties to ensure the mall is in optimal condition
Address feedback and incidents promptly and efficiently
Participate in ad-hoc projects and operational initiatives as assigned
Liaise with tenants regarding servicing reports and repair work
Assist in supervising inspections and coordinating with service providers for routine and rectification tasks

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
Willing to work shifts, including weekends
Excellent communication skills in English
Attention to detail with the ability to work independently
Team player with initiative to support colleagues when needed
Open to learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment
