Key Responsibilities
· Master hands-on operations in Front Desk, Concierge, Club Lounge, Guest Relations, and Housekeeping.
· Spearhead and implement at least three strategic projects (e.g., SOP development, market research) for the Rooms Division.
· Help design and execute guest experience and colleague engagement programmes.
· Participate in cross-functional exposures to understand hotel-wide operations.
· Uphold the legendary service standards of Mandarin Oriental in all guest interactions.
· Contribute to a culture of excellence, integrity, and teamwork within the luxury environment.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
· A genuine passion for luxury service and a long-term career in international hospitality.
· Excellent communication skills with a naturally friendly and helpful demeanor.
· Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and detail-oriented environment.
· Position is open to Singaporeans only.
· Previous hospitality internship or work experience is advantageous.
