Overview
Grab’s Business Operations & Partnerships team is looking for an intern to help drive the growth and efficiency of its Singapore Mobility business. You will work on real operational and strategic projects, supporting both passengers and driver-partners while contributing to premium and specialty services like GrabCar Premium, GrabFamily, and GrabPet. This internship offers hands-on exposure to business operations, product launches, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse passenger and driver-partner data to identify pain points and opportunities
- Support operational projects from planning to execution and performance evaluation
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Assist in launching and optimising mobility product features
- Track growth, service, and satisfaction metrics to provide actionable insights
- Contribute to problem-solving initiatives that balance business priorities and user experience
- Help document processes, findings, and recommendations for ongoing operational improvements
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
- Interest in technology, mobility, or platform-based business models
- Willingness to learn SQL and work with data tools
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
