Key Responsibilities

Support overseas platform services including payment processing, account management, game SDK integration, and compliance features.
Work closely with stakeholders to collect requirements, prioritise features, and ensure correct delivery of platform services.
Help monitor live or beta environments and assist in resolving issues to reduce online risks.
Assist in defining and documenting operational and development procedures for SDK services.
Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent communication and smooth workflow handovers.
Participate in testing and verifying new features to uphold performance and reliability standards.

Requirements

Final-year undergraduate student (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
Interest in software development lifecycle, backend/platform engineering, or game technology infrastructure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
Structured, process-oriented mindset and ability to follow documentation and operational procedures.
Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset; comfort with fast-paced work and live environments.
