Key Responsibilities
- Analyse logistics and order management processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Support planning and execution of process improvement initiatives and SOP creation
- Collect, process, and interpret data to generate actionable insights
- Prepare presentations and reports on project progress, KPIs, and continuous improvement outcomes
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and monitor results
- Assist in tracking performance metrics and evaluating impact of process changes
- Support communication with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project success
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret operational and digital data
- Able to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines
- Confident communicator with teamwork and collaboration skills
- Proficient in Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Eager to learn and contribute to process improvement initiatives
