Key Responsibilities
Support sales and client acquisition through research, prospect identification, and meeting preparation
Assist in drafting proposals, RFP responses, and presentation materials
Contribute to health and benefits consulting through benchmarking, surveys, and market analysis
Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and summaries for client engagements
Analyse medical claims, wellbeing data, and benefits information to generate insights
Help integrate analytics into internal workflows and client deliverables
Aid regional teams with operational reviews, KPI tracking, and efficiency initiatives
Assist with wellbeing programme design, event coordination, and impact measurement
Requirements
University student from any discipline; no prior experience needed
Comfortable working with data and basic analysis
Good writing and communication skills
Curious, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
Able to stay organised and manage multiple tasks
Interest in health, benefits, analytics, or client-facing work
