In this internship, you’ll support end-to-end recruitment activities while learning how talent strategies are built for a company operating at the forefront of artificial intelligence. You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, and the HR Business Partner to ensure every candidate and stakeholder enjoys a smooth, thoughtful, high-quality hiring experience.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with recruiters to shape tailored hiring strategies and support ongoing searches.
- Build proactive sourcing plans and maintain healthy talent pipelines for assigned roles.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication to deliver a warm, seamless hiring journey.
- Conduct research on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and regional recruiting practices to inform talent decisions.
- Support campus recruitment and internship initiatives.
- Assist the HR Business Partner with general HR operations and ad-hoc projects.

What You Should Bring
