About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to various HR functions including talent acquisition, HR systems, HR projects, and HRBP administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition – Workday (HRIS):
- Manage and update candidate data in Workday
- Create and maintain candidate prospects
- Funnel candidates into appropriate requisitions
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance within the HRIS
Talent Acquisition – Screening & Interviews:
- Conduct resume screening and shortlist suitable candidates
- Perform phone screenings and coordinate interviews
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and external partners
- Maintain and update the candidate tracker
Leads Management:
- Manage company email leads and enquiries
- Ensure proper email etiquette and consistent use of templates
- Support Workday system integration and data accuracy
- Assist in managing certifications, evaluations, and documentation
HRBP Administrative Support:
- Generate HR reports (headcount, leave, attendance, trackers)
- Update employee files and maintain HR documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding administration
- Handle general administrative tasks as required
HR Projects & Ad-Hoc Tasks:
- Participate in HR initiatives, events, and career fairs
- Support staff engagement activities
- Document HR processes, SOPs, and workflows
- Provide creative input for employer branding and internal engagement
- Assist the HR team with other operational needs
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and stakeholders
- Able to commit a minimum of 2 months for the internship
