Key Responsibilities
- Support the main teacher in managing a class of 10–18 primary school students.
- Supervise homework, spelling, and daily learning activities.
- Assist with subject-based guidance in English, Math, Science, and Chinese (if experienced).
- Mark assignments and ensure students complete their required work.
- Conduct structured activities such as general knowledge sharing, moral education, and simple English enrichment exercises.
- Help facilitate art & craft sessions, indoor games, and outdoor activities.
- Provide care, guidance, and behavioral support to students.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and student progress.
- Support classroom setup, cleanliness, and preparation of learning materials.
- Assist with meal routines (lunch and tea break).
- Help prepare simple lesson plans to keep students engaged.
- Communicate with parents and guardians when required (if experienced).
- Carry out assigned administrative or ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
- Open to polytechnic and university students on term break or seeking regular part-time work.
- A-Level graduates waiting for results are welcome.
- Experience in student care is an advantage but not required—training provided.
- Basic familiarity with primary school subjects is helpful.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in working with children.
- Responsible, patient, and able to maintain a positive and encouraging attitude.
- Computer-literate in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to travel when required.
