Overview
MFS is seeking an Equity Research Associate Intern to join its dynamic investment management team. This role provides hands-on experience in fundamental research, financial modeling, and market analysis, giving interns exposure to the tools and methodologies used to evaluate industries and companies. Interns will work closely with sector-focused analysts and associates to support investment decisions and prepare for potential full-time opportunities.

Requirements
- Rising senior in college with a strong academic track record

- Analytical mindset with strong research and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently or collaboratively
- Leadership experience in academic or extracurricular settings is a plus
