Join NTUC First Campus as a Research Intern and contribute to meaningful projects that shape the lives of young children, families, and seniors in the community. You’ll be part of the Centre for Early Childhood Transformative Practices, choosing either a Gerontology or Early Childhood Education track while still gaining exposure to both fields.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fieldwork such as site visits, observations, surveys, and interviews
- Support focus group discussions with seniors, educators, parents, or children
- Perform data entry, data cleaning, and initial qualitative or quantitative analysis
- Assist in coding interview transcripts and organising research materials
- Help prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Coordinate logistics for evaluation activities across sites
- Contribute to ongoing research projects that inform programme improvements
Requirements
- Interest in social impact, education, ageing, or community research
- Willingness to learn research tools and methods
- Comfortable talking with seniors, parents, educators, and children
- Strong organisation, reliability, and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a collaborative work style
- Basic familiarity with data software is helpful but not required
