ICON plc, a global leader in healthcare intelligence and clinical research, is seeking a Clinical Sample Processor for their Singapore office. This role involves managing clinical samples, performing quality checks, and supporting laboratory operations to ensure accurate, safe, and efficient processing of research materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect daily shipments of clinical samples and materials.
- Enter sample information into the ICON Lab Database and store samples according to protocol specifications.
- Perform quality checks on forms, barcodes, and shipments; scan and archive regulated documentation.
- Coordinate shipment preparation, documentation, and courier collections.
- Transport specimens to laboratory technicians for analysis and maintain accurate sample records.
- Escalate issues to senior team members and assist with additional tasks as required.
- Follow company health, safety, and security procedures at all times.
Requirements
- High School diploma or relevant diploma in a related field.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in accurate data entry.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- An equivalent combination of education, experience, or training may be considered.

Internship / Work Details
- Location: 30 Loyang Way, Unit 02/12-15, Singapore 508769
- Schedule: Full office-based role, 9am – 6pm, 5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays (double pay or off-in-lieu for holidays worked)
- Tasks: Sample receipt, quality checking, database entry, shipment preparation, and coordination with laboratory and logistics teams
