Overview
Singtel is offering an AI & Innovation internship that gives students hands-on experience in exploring and developing next-generation AI solutions. As part of the innovation team, you’ll support product management, rapid prototyping, and research initiatives, helping the company apply AI to improve collaboration, productivity, and employee experiences. This role offers exposure to both technical and strategic aspects of AI in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in product management activities, including planning roadmaps, documenting features, and mapping user journeys.
- Support rapid prototyping and testing of new AI concepts and workflows.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging AI tools and potential adoption opportunities.
- Work with AI engineers to help refine prototypes into scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Prepare frameworks and trackers for adoption, feedback, and value measurement of AI products.
- Monitor product usage and performance, providing insights for iterative improvements.
- Help create presentations, research reports, and recommendations for leadership discussions.
- Support stakeholder engagement, communications, and training related to AI initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, AI/ML, Business, or related fields.
- Interest or experience in product management, strategy, or AI-related projects.
- Basic understanding of AI/GenAI concepts and enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with rapid prototyping, scripting, or LLM experimentation (e.g., Python).
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communicator able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
