Overview
Join the Traffic team within Shopee's Regional Brand & Growth Marketing department and play a key role in analyzing and optimizing high-impact partnerships. As an Analyst Intern, you will assess partnership performance, analyze competitive traffic trends, and support initiatives that expand user acquisition across Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and Brazil. This position offers a unique blend of data analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
· Assess the performance of key partnership initiatives, analyzing data to identify successes and areas for improvement.
· Analyze traffic metrics and competitive trends to provide insights that inform business and partnership planning.
· Develop clear, high-impact presentations to support partnership development and communicate findings to stakeholders.
· Conduct user experience research to gather insights on partner integrations and platform usability.
· Assist in product testing for new features or partner integrations to ensure functionality and a seamless user journey.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher; a focus in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
· Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Slides for data analysis and presentation creation.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective work with cross-functional stakeholders.
· Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
· Analytical mindset with an interest in partnerships, marketing, and user growth.
· Full-time availability for 3-6 months is preferred; part-time candidates (minimum 3 days/week for 3 months) are also welcome.
