Key Responsibilities
- Research and compile media contact lists to support targeted outreach
- Draft media pitches, press releases, and short-form content for client campaigns
- Track speaking opportunities and awards relevant to clients and assist with submissions
- Support campaign planning with competitor research and news tracking
- Help organize and run in-house and client events, including logistics and vendor communication
- Provide on-the-ground assistance for video productions and other media needs
- Assist in brainstorming and executing internal team-building activities
- Maintain campaign calendars and contribute to performance reports
Requirements
- Able to commit full-time for 6–12 months
- Strong writing and communication skills in English
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Detail-oriented and organized with good research skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Curious about the tech world and passionate about storytelling
