Overview
Join the Cross Border eCommerce team at Shopee's International Platform and help drive the growth strategy for sellers expanding into Southeast Asia and Taiwan. As a Growth Strategy Intern, you will analyze market performance, support data-driven marketing initiatives, and help develop scalable processes to optimize our international marketplace. This role offers a blend of analytics, strategy, and hands-on project work in a global e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities
· Perform data analysis on cross-border trading lane performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
· Support the execution and optimization of marketing initiatives using data-driven insights.
· Conduct research and analysis on product categories and marketing solutions to inform growth strategies.
· Develop and maintain clear reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and key metrics.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement projects and share findings.
· Contribute to the creation of new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows to enhance team efficiency.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Analytics, Economics, or Marketing.
· Strong analytical skills with a keen sensitivity to data and the ability to derive meaningful insights.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills for presenting data and strategies to stakeholders.
· A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
· A positive, energetic team-player attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; knowledge of SQL is a significant advantage.
· Full-time availability for 3-6 months is preferred; part-time (minimum 3 days/week) is also welcome.
