Key Responsibilities

· Manage the content calendar and post strategically to optimize for TikTok’s algorithm and maximize consistent reach.
· Foster a supportive community by thoughtfully responding to comments and direct messages.
· Propose and help coordinate collaborations with aligned creators, advocates, and health organizations.
· Analyze performance metrics to identify what content best drives growth and retains the audience.
· Explore and research ethical avenues for project sustainability, such as grants or mindful brand partnerships.
Requirements
· You have experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts and can show examples of your work.
· You naturally keep up with the latest social media trends and understand what makes content shareable.
· You’re comfortable using video editing apps like CapCut or Premiere Rush to produce polished videos.
· You’re a clear communicator who enjoys interacting with an online community.
· You approach topics related to health and personal challenge with empathy and discretion.
· You’re a self-starter who can manage your tasks and time effectively in a remote setting.
· Your schedule allows for some flexibility to adapt to the project's evolving needs.
