Hoffman Agency’s Singapore office is seeking a motivated People & Culture Intern to support our Southeast‑Asia team. You will dive into talent acquisition, employee engagement, and learning initiatives, gaining a real‑world view of HR in a global communications firm. This role offers hands‑on experience shaping the employee experience for a fast‑moving agency.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Research and outreach to attract talent, using ATS tools and creative sourcing tactics.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Support the planning and execution of team‑building activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Create and update onboarding guides, training modules, and feedback surveys.
- Track participation data and produce reports that inform future programs.
- Assist in launching internal communication campaigns that reinforce company values.
- Help manage the CRM pipeline, maintaining accurate records of leads and opportunities.
- Take on ad‑hoc projects that broaden your understanding of regional HR operations.
*Requirements*
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Behaviour, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Excellent written and spoken English; strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
- Comfortable using AI‑driven tools and applicant‑tracking systems (ATS experience a plus).
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for creating positive employee experiences.
- Proactive, resourceful, and resilient in a dynamic environment.
