Overview

AKA Asia, a dynamic Publicis Groupe agency, is offering a PR & Social Media Internship from January to June 2026. You will assist in executing integrated communications campaigns, supporting client accounts, media relations, and influencer engagement, while gaining hands-on experience in content creation, event coordination, and creative storytelling. This role provides exposure to both strategic and operational aspects of PR in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support client account management through meeting preparation, documentation, and reporting
Monitor media coverage and industry trends, highlighting opportunities and competitive insights
Assist with influencer outreach, pitching stories, and managing media databases
Draft press releases, marketing copy, social media posts, and other communication assets
Coordinate and support events, photoshoots, and video production logistics
Contribute ideas to campaign planning, creative brainstorming, and new business pitches
Track and update project progress to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related field
Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive, self-motivated approach
Comfortable collaborating in teams and taking initiative
Positive attitude and adaptability under pressure
