Key Responsibilities
- Create eye-catching F&B content, especially short-form videos, tailored for different social platforms.
- Support the execution of social campaigns, from planning to content production.
- Help develop weekly and monthly content calendars for multiple restaurant brands.
- Conduct research on platform trends, formats, and best-performing content styles.
- Draft captions, adapt copy for different channels, and assist with basic graphic or video edits.
- Monitor and engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Assist with event coverage and contribute to post-event performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information, assets, and approvals.
Requirements
- Currently studying a relevant discipline with interest in social media or digital marketing.
- Comfortable shooting and editing short-form videos on mobile or desktop.
- Basic graphic design or editing skills (e.g., Reels/TikTok editing tools; Adobe Premiere is a bonus).
- Strong writing skills and interest in storytelling.
- A team player who is organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Up-to-date with social media trends, pop culture, and platform features.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and communicate clearly.
