Overview
Join Marriott International's APEC Talent Acquisition and Management Solutions (TAMS) team as an intern, based in Singapore, to support employer branding and talent initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. You will play a hands-on role in executing social media campaigns, creating digital content, and supporting strategic HR projects for markets including Australia. Key Responsibilities
· Support the execution of employer brand initiatives on social media and for in-house events in collaboration with regional markets.
· Create engaging creatives, including social media posts, collaterals, and videos for recruitment and branding campaigns.
· Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and propose improvements.
· Update and maintain regional employer branding pages on platforms like Marriott Careers and local job boards.
· Assist in rolling out corporate talent initiatives in areas such as recruitment systems, college relations, and human capital planning.
· Support data analysis and reporting for talent acquisition metrics and HR projects.
· Participate in organizing regional associate engagement events and internal communications.
Requirements
· Undergraduate student preferably in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or Business Management.
· Strong interest in digital marketing, creativity, and employer branding within an HR context.
· Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and good proficiency in design/video editing software.
· Excellent command of spoken and written English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
· Must be eligible to work in Singapore (Singaporean, PR, or holding a valid student/work holiday pass).
· Prepared to commit to a full-time, six-month internship.
