Overview
Shape the future of e-commerce operations with the Regional Order Operations team at Shopee. As a Product Manager Intern, you will own the full product development cycle, designing solutions that enhance the after-sales experience for millions of users. You will gain hands-on experience driving projects from concept to launch, deep-diving into regional logistics ecosystems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products.

Key Responsibilities
· Take ownership of the product development cycle for assigned projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
· Liaise with business teams to understand user pain points, gather requirements, and manage stakeholder expectations.
· Identify key product metrics, conduct data-driven analysis to understand user behavior and measure product performance.
· Continuously drive for improvements by prioritizing features and delivering effective product solutions.
· Effectively communicate complex business and technical information to different audiences.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative/tech field.
· A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, agile environment.
· Excellent critical thinking and data-based decision-making skills.
· Strong communication skills, adaptable, and a quick learner.
· A deep care for user experience and business impact within the e-commerce ecosystem.
· Able to commit to a minimum 3-month internship; 6 months preferred. Full-time interns preferred; part-time (min. 4 days/week) welcome.
