Overview
Join Monee as a Product Management Intern and be part of a team shaping the next generation of digital financial services in Southeast Asia. You’ll support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch improvements, while collaborating across teams such as business development, design, operations, and data analytics. Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to product ideation, design, and post-launch iterations to enhance user experience
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
- Define metrics and analyze data to inform product enhancements
- Suggest and implement UI/UX improvements for assigned projects
- Collaborate with developers to improve reporting APIs and operational dashboards
- Work closely with business, risk, design, and customer experience teams to support product objectives
- Track and report progress, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights from metrics
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Past internship experience in product management is a plus but not required
- Available for 3–6 months full-time, or part-time with at least 3 working days per week
