Key Responsibilities
· Support Product Managers in the day-to-day management and operational support of AI, data, and CRM platforms.
· Assist in gathering user and business requirements by documenting clear problem statements and needs.
· Collaborate with technical, design, and business teams to ensure solutions are aligned with organisational goals.
· Contribute to product roadmap discussions, release planning, and backlog prioritisation activities.
· Help maintain accurate data records and ensure platform integration complies with governance standards.
· Aid in creating and updating user guides, training materials, and product documentation.
· Provide first-line support to platform users, troubleshooting issues and escalating when necessary.
Requirements
· A recent graduate with a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
· A strong, genuine interest in digital products, CRM systems, and AI/data platforms.
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
· Ability to work well with diverse teams and various stakeholders.
· A curious, proactive learner who is adaptable and thrives in a dynamic environment.
· No prior work experience required; we are looking for enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn.
