Overview

This IT Product Management traineeship offers hands-on exposure to how digital products are planned, built, and improved to support real organisational needs. You will work closely with experienced IT product managers while contributing to data-driven and AI-enabled platforms such as CRM and volunteer management systems. The role is designed to help you understand the full product lifecycle, from idea to implementation and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

Support IT product managers in managing and improving AI, data, and CRM-related platforms
Help gather, clarify, and document business and user needs into clear problem statements
Work with technical and design teams to ensure solutions meet user and organisational goals
Contribute to product planning activities such as roadmaps, prioritisation, and releases
Assist in maintaining accurate data records and ensuring compliance with governance standards
Support system integration efforts across IT, business, and data teams
Create and update user guides, training materials, and product documentation
Provide basic product support to users and suggest improvements to features and processes

Requirements

Recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, Data, or a related field
Strong interest in digital products, AI/data platforms, and CRM systems
Comfortable analysing problems and explaining ideas clearly
Willing to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
