Join Shopee’s Marketplace Buyer & Marketing Product Management team, where you’ll help shape the shopping journey for millions of users across Southeast Asia. As a product management intern, you’ll collaborate with a diverse group of designers, engineers, and analysts to build intuitive features that enhance discovery, engagement, and checkout experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with product, engineering, design, and business teams to define and deliver new feature ideas
- Assist in shaping product strategy by analysing user behaviour, market needs, and business goals
- Propose and validate product solutions that improve buyer experience and drive engagement
- Use data to measure feature performance, estimate impact, and support prioritisation decisions
- Track product adoption, surface insights, and recommend iterative improvements
- Support the full development cycle including requirements drafting, reviews, testing, and rollout
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned product enhancements and cross-team coordination
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in analytics, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related fields
- Strong critical thinking and comfort working with data
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Curious, adaptable, and able to learn quickly
- Passion for user experience, technology, and e-commerce
- Full-time preferred; part-time accepted (min. 3 working days/week)
- Must already have the right to work in Singapore
