Key Responsibilities
· Assist in gathering and analyzing user requirements from various stakeholders, including NSmen, commanders, and internal departments.
· Support the coordination between development teams, UX designers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
· Help conduct user research and testing sessions to validate new features before they are deployed to the live OneNS platform.
· Contribute ideas to improve the OneNS user experience and identify opportunities to streamline NS processes digitally.
· Aid in managing the product backlog and planning activities to help prioritize development work.
· Support the tracking of project timelines and priorities for feature development and service enhancements.
· Help facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure smooth delivery throughout development cycles.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
· A foundational understanding of the software development lifecycle and digital product creation.
· Basic familiarity with agile project management concepts like Scrum or Kanban.
· Interest in user experience (UX) principles and a user-centric approach to problem-solving.
· Comfortable learning to use product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
· Any knowledge of cloud services, mobile development, or cybersecurity is a bonus.
