Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist biotechnologist or lab teams in daily laboratory activities, sample handling, and basic testing procedures.
- Support QC analysts by helping prepare materials, documenting results, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols.
- Work with QA specialists to review records, maintain documentation accuracy, and help uphold regulatory standards.
- Contribute to MSAT (Manufacturing Science & Technology) tasks such as monitoring processes, troubleshooting issues, and collecting operational data.
- Participate in problem-solving discussions to enhance workflow efficiency and product quality.
- Follow established safety and environmental procedures to maintain a compliant and well-organized workspace.
- Collaborate with teammates across departments to support smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or current student in Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Business, Finance, or Supply Chain.
- Strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Good analytical skills and a curious mindset.
- Able to communicate well and work effectively in a team.
- Comfortable working rotating 12-hour shifts when required.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow safety and quality guidelines.
