Internship Overview
Join UOB’s Wholesale Process Re-Engineering Team as an intern and gain hands-on experience in process improvement and automation. This 1-year internship provides insight into workflow optimization, process mapping, and the implementation of automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop process maps and swimlane diagrams to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with team leads and operations teams to design and implement automation solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes and ensure controls are in place
- Support solution implementation: track milestones, arrange calls, manage documentation, and provide post-go-live support
Requirements
- Proficiency in VBA, Python, Power Automate, or Power BI is a plus
- Strong interest in process re-engineering, standardization, and project implementation
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Positive and proactive mindset
