Overview
Nestlé Singapore is offering a 6-month Engineering Traineeship under the GRIT (Graduate Industry Traineeship) program. This internship provides hands-on exposure to engineering operations at Nestlé’s R&D facility and the Zone Nestlé Quality Assurance Center. Trainees will apply technical and organizational skills to support the Engineering team in planning, maintaining, and improving facility operations, while gaining practical experience in AutoCAD and digital record management.

Key Responsibilities
- Utilize AutoCAD to draw and update building and facility plans
- Develop a system to organize, update, and digitalize site drawings for stakeholder access
- Verify as-built drawings against actual site conditions
- Implement a notification process to alert stakeholders of changes or updates to drawings
- Support the Engineering team in improving operational efficiency and record management
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, and Power Automate
- Familiarity with Singapore’s building codes and government standards
- Male candidates who have completed National Service in CY2024 or CY2025 are encouraged to apply
