Requirements
- Diploma or degree student in IT, Computer Science, Electrical, or Electronics-related fields
- Willingness to learn technical products and systems
- Able to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Comfortable speaking with customers and explaining technical topics
- Basic interest in hardware, networking, or security systems
- Prior exposure to CCTV or access control systems is a plus, but not required
