Overview
This six-month internship places you at the heart of the APAC Client Service team, where you’ll support process automation, client-related projects, and service enhancements across the region. You’ll work with teams in Singapore and Hong Kong while gaining hands-on exposure to how a major global investment manager delivers exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Map existing workflows and support automation using tools such as macros and workflow platforms.
- Assist with regional projects involving onboarding, reporting upgrades, and efficiency improvements.
- Analyse datasets and prepare summaries or dashboards to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Client Service teams to refine internal processes.
- Draft and update SOPs, best-practice documents, and client-focused FAQs.
- Support project timelines, documentation, and execution across multiple markets.
- Provide general assistance for ad-hoc tasks that enhance team productivity.
Requirements
- Currently an undergraduate able to commit full-time for six months starting January 2026.
- Studying business, finance, information systems or a related area.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools and eager to learn automation platforms.
- Interest in financial services or asset management.
- Good communication skills and confidence working with data.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and willing to learn quickly.
