Join Qlub’s dynamic and fast-growing team as an HR Intern, supporting regional HR operations across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR processes, recruitment, data management, and employee engagement within a high-performance, multicultural environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support HR data management, including updating employee records and headcount reports.
- Prepare documentation such as employment contracts, invoices, and monthly reports.
- Assist with HR system updates to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Help organize internal employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Assist with recruitment tasks: collecting candidate information, interview scheduling, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Provide administrative support for regional HR projects and ad hoc duties.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth cross-country HR operations.
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR systems.
- Excellent English communication skills; Cantonese is a plus.
- Passion for HR, people operations, and continuous learning.
- Proactive, hands-on, and eager to take on challenges in a regional role.
- Eligible to work in Singapore without sponsorship.
