Overview
Join DayOne, a leading global data center operator, as an IT Support Intern and gain hands-on experience in maintaining and optimizing high-performance IT systems. You’ll work closely with the IT team to support end-users, assist with system upgrades, and contribute to projects that strengthen DayOne’s digital infrastructure across Asia. Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support to users across SEA and North Asia
- Set up and configure devices for new employees and maintain IT asset inventory
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues effectively
- Support administration of Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint
- Assist in IT infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and related projects
- Prepare documentation, user guides, and training materials for end-users
- Support adoption and improvement of IT service management tools and processes
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced IT environment
- Basic knowledge of Windows systems, Active Directory, or Microsoft 365 is a plus
