Overview
P&G Singapore is inviting motivated students to join our Pioneer Plant as Plant Technician Interns. You’ll gain hands-on experience in operating and maintaining cutting-edge production equipment, while supporting daily operations and continuous improvement projects. This internship offers exposure to manufacturing, quality assurance, logistics, and materials process delivery in a dynamic, global FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Follow safety, quality, and regulatory standards during all activities
- Maintain and troubleshoot machinery to keep it in optimal condition
- Participate in 3–5 continuous improvement projects and apply problem-solving tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements
- Collect and analyse operational data to support efficiency improvements
- Assist in documenting workflows and project outcomes for management review
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical, Environmental Engineering, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in teams with people from diverse backgrounds
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to commute to Tuas (transport options provided)
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a hands-on environment
