Overview
Join UOB as a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Intern and gain hands-on experience in enterprise software testing and CRM workflows. This internship gives you the opportunity to work closely with both business and technical teams, helping ensure that Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is functioning effectively to meet user needs.
What You’ll Do
- Execute UAT test cases and document results accurately
- Identify and report bugs or workflow inconsistencies
- Collaborate with business users and developers to validate CRM processes
- Assist in preparing test data and scenarios for testing
- Support post-testing documentation and feedback sessions

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow test scripts precisely
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of CRM systems or enterprise software is a plus
- Experience with manual testing or QA tools is an advantage
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Internship Details

- Duration: 3–6 months
