Overview
UOB is offering a one-year internship for polytechnic students interested in gaining hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). As an intern, you will work closely with the UAT team to ensure that business requirements and system changes meet expectations, gaining exposure to real-world banking processes, regulatory updates, and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the UAT Team Lead in understanding project scope and requirements
- Conduct thorough end-to-end testing of business deliverables, including new markets, products, and regulatory changes
- Track and report UAT issues, risks, and progress through daily updates
- Document testing results and maintain audit-ready records of UAT activities
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely issue resolution and accurate run book execution
- Learn and apply TOSCA software for test case design and automation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the UAT process
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a polytechnic diploma program
- Able to commit to a full-time, one-year internship
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
