Overview
ByteDance is offering a Project Internship within its Organizational Culture (OC) team, a Centre of Excellence supporting over 10,000 employees globally. The team drives culture initiatives, management training programs, and engagement activities to embed company values across the employee lifecycle. This internship provides practical experience in cultural program operations, content creation, and cross-cultural communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate and adapt cultural content to enhance employee understanding of ByteDance’s culture and management philosophy
- Participate in daily operations of internal cultural programs, including commodity design, promotion, publicity, and general management
- Collaborate with team members to create and proofread promotional materials aligned with cultural trends
- Support the implementation of other teams’ cultural programs to ensure successful delivery
- Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders based in China, primarily in Mandarin
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Communications, Media, Design, or a related discipline
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin for internal and external communication
- Strong writing skills with attention to detail
- Able to commit to at least 6 months, working 3–5 days per week
