Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing manual tests and support clients during user acceptance testing.
- Contribute to project scheduling, resource planning, and progress tracking.
- Gather and document functional requirements, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Coordinate communications across internal teams and client stakeholders, including meeting prep and action-item follow-ups.
- Help ensure deliverables meet project quality standards by supporting quality checks and compliance reviews.
- Provide day-to-day support to project teams across analysis, testing, and documentation tasks.
Requirements
- Currently studying Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
- Strong communication skills and an eye for detail.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to learn about both tech and business topics.
