Overview
This internship offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of data, operations, and platform safety within Shopee’s content ecosystem. You’ll use data to help identify risky or non-compliant content across listings, livestreams, and videos, while supporting initiatives that improve both user trust and seller experience. The role is highly hands-on and suited for students who enjoy turning data into action.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse platform data to uncover patterns that help detect problematic content
- Build dashboards and automated reports to track performance and productivity
- Support data and product teams in improving detection accuracy through insights
- Review and redesign workflows to improve efficiency and quality for operations teams
- Investigate seller journey challenges and recommend data-backed improvements
- Coordinate testing and rollout of new initiatives across markets
- Track and report the impact of new features and operational changes
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree with strong analytical elements
- Comfortable working with data; SQL or Python is a plus
- Curious mindset and interest in understanding root causes
- Able to explain findings clearly to non-technical teammates
- Willing to work with different teams and adapt quickly
- Interested in improving systems and processes using data
