Overview
Join the Regional Brand Partnerships team at Shopee as a Data Analytics Intern, where you'll transform data into strategic insights for major brand partners. You will use SQL, Python, and Pyspark to analyze performance, build dashboards, and help shape data-driven partnership strategies. This role offers hands-on experience at the intersection of analytics, business development, and e-commerce strategy.

Key Responsibilities
· Use SQL, Pyspark, and Python to extract, clean, and integrate data from various sources for comprehensive analysis.
· Collaborate with Key Account Managers to conduct deep-dive analyses on brand performance, identifying trends and opportunities.
· Design, develop, and maintain clear, actionable reports and dashboards for both internal teams and external brand partners.
· Support ad-hoc data requests and analytical projects to help guide partnership initiatives and strategic discussions.
· Assist the team with additional analytical tasks and contribute to process improvement projects.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
· Proficient in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
· Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data processing and preliminary analysis.
· Ability to analyze complex datasets, derive meaningful insights, and communicate findings effectively.
· Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
· Full-time availability for 3-6 months is preferred; part-time candidates (minimum 3 days/week) are also welcome.
