About the Role:
As a Project Intern on TikTok’s LIVE Internationalization team, you will support the strategic and tactical planning of TikTok LIVE’s international expansion. This is a hands-on internship that offers exposure to market research, product analytics, and business strategy in a fast-paced, global entertainment tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research tasks including:
- Market scanning and industry analysis
- Competing product monitoring
- Product experience evaluation and user understanding
- Data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Assist in auxiliary decision-making and project process implementation
- Structure summaries and produce reports to support business strategy
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as LIVE Operations, Product, and R&D
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above, graduating in 2025 or later
- Fluent in written and spoken English (daily work language)
- Available for at least 3 months, 5 days/week on-site preferred
- Ability to scan market information quickly and conduct independent research under guidance
- Strong analytical, reporting, and summarization skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for the international LIVE / general entertainment industry
- Prior internship experience in strategic, business analytics, tactical, or statistical roles
- Interest in product development, international markets, and digital entertainment trends
