Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on new findings in AI safety to identify gaps in current evaluation methods
- Contribute to designing and refining safety testing frameworks used for assessing model behavior
- Support data-driven investigations into failure cases, risk patterns, and model safety trends
- Assist in safety training and evaluation projects, including reviewing and analyzing datasets
- Summarize insights from safety experiments to influence model improvements and product decisions
- Participate in cross-functional discussions on responsible AI principles and emerging safety risks
- Help document evaluation results, processes, and recommendations for internal teams
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI policy, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, Journalism, International Relations, Area Studies, or related fields
- Comfortable interpreting both numbers and qualitative findings
- Strong analytical thinker who enjoys solving ambiguous problems
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn fast in a dynamic environment
- Interest in AI technologies, online behavior, and how digital systems impact people
