Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Translate and adapt internal communications to align with cultural initiatives and themes
- Support the day-to-day execution of internal cultural programs, including promotional activities and operations
- Assist in designing and creating content, including materials, visuals, and proofreading
- Participate in sourcing and organizing cultural events and activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure successful program delivery
- Monitor trends and employee needs to improve engagement efforts
- Support operational tasks across other internal programs as required
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in HR, Business, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin for cross-border collaboration
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, and results-driven
- Able to commit at least 3–5 days per week for a minimum of 3–6 months
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
