Join the South Asia Supply Chain team as we move into a new phase of digitalisation and smarter stock management. As a Supply Chain Intern, you’ll support improvements across order fulfilment, inventory flow, reverse logistics, and performance tracking—helping the team react quickly to sales trends and optimise product availability.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the timely processing and fulfilment of client orders to enhance omni-channel service levels
- Track pending orders and provide clear visibility on product availability for internal teams
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards to identify service gaps and process inefficiencies
- Assist in analysing seasonal product performance and proposing sell-through improvement actions
- Contribute to stock rebalancing reviews by preparing data comparisons and performance insights
- Help coordinate reverse logistics activities by tracking returns and store-to-centre transfers
- Develop simple monitoring tools to follow up on market return efficiency and summarise trends
- Assist planners with monthly forecasting adjustments for both permanent and seasonal products
Requirements
- Able to commit full-time for 6 months (Jan–Jun 2026)
- Comfortable working with data and operational processes
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI, VBA, SQL, or SAP is a bonus
- Able to communicate insights clearly through presentations or reports
