Key Responsibilities
· Analyze and prepare audit data to generate clear monthly reports and performance dashboards for stakeholders.
· Support data centralisation projects to integrate supply chain risk, waste, and carbon information into a single source.
· Assist in preparing materials and coordinating the launch of the internal Sustainability Ambassador Network.
· Organize and collate diverse datasets from procurement and compliance sources for analysis.
· Create presentations and visual charts to communicate findings and support project discussions.
· Provide proactive support for team meetings and project workstreams on assigned topics.
· Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the sustainability team.
Requirements
· Currently an undergraduate student with a foundational understanding of sustainability principles and supply chain topics.
· Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint for data processing and presentation.
· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
· A proactive, organized approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
· A creative and open mindset, keen to identify opportunities for process improvement.
· Willingness to participate in occasional day trips to Dyson's Malaysian operations (transport provided).
