Join Siemens Mobility Singapore as a Procurement & Supply Chain Intern and be part of shaping the future of rail and road-bound transport. You’ll support the Rail Infrastructure business by assisting with supplier management, procurement processes, and digital initiatives, gaining hands-on exposure to how a global mobility leader operates.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update supplier and material databases to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist in technical reviews and coordination of RFQs with project teams
- Support vendor qualification, creation, and extension processes
- Conduct spend analysis for key categories such as cables and installation services
- Participate in e-sourcing activities, including supplier training, event coordination, and format design
- Support digitalization initiatives to improve procurement workflows
- Prepare monthly reports highlighting procurement contributions to the business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields
- Basic understanding of procurement or supply chain concepts is an advantage
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Eligible to intern in Singapore with a valid Student Pass or Work Holiday Pass (WHP)
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to tasks
