Key Responsibilities
· Help maintain accurate records and track physical inventory within our data center management systems.
· Assist in staging hardware and support the reconciliation of any inventory discrepancies.
· Coordinate with vendors to initiate hardware warranty claims and process failed devices.
· Execute the secure destruction of data-bearing devices in full compliance with all security policies.
· Support the analysis of operational processes and assist in implementing directed improvements.
· Perform assigned tasks efficiently and escalate issues promptly during high-volume activity periods.
· Ensure all work complies with stringent security, safety, and data management standards.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing a qualification in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
· A keen interest in learning about asset management, inventory control, or logistics.
· Eligibility to work in Singapore.
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
· Ability to meet Microsoft's security screening requirements.
· Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
· A proactive learner with a strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
