Key Responsibilities
- Support daily and weekly monitoring of liquidity and interest rate positions to strengthen risk visibility
- Prepare datasets and contribute to generating ALM reports that inform business decisions
- Assist in reviewing interest rate scenarios to identify potential impacts on the bank’s balance sheet
- Analyse trends in risk exposures and highlight notable changes or anomalies
- Participate in system testing related to ALM platforms and configuration updates
- Help improve reporting processes through suggestions, data checks, and optimisation ideas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of regulatory and internal submissions
- Maintain accurate documentation that supports risk assessments and model changes
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
- Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and data
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and willing to learn unfamiliar concepts
- Able to communicate clearly and work well with others
- Curious about how banks manage liquidity and interest rate risks
